ABOUT THE MASTER

Yoga is not just what I teach. It is how I live.

Sonu Kumar Sharma
Founder of Bhairrav Daas Yoga

For more than 12 years, yoga has been a daily part of my life. What began as a search for physical health gradually became a journey of inner transformation through disciplined practice, traditional yogic methods and spiritual sadhana.

I am a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) certified by The Yoga Institute, one of the world’s oldest yoga institutes. While formal education strengthened my understanding of yoga, my deepest learning continues through sincere daily practice.

Guru Pooja Bhoota Shuddhi Surya Kriya Yogasanas Shambhavi Bhairav Pooja Meditation Mantra Sadhana
My future goals include: Representing yoga at national and international levels Competing in yogasana championships Pursuing a Guinness World Record in yoga through dedicated preparation Creating educational content that inspires people to adopt yoga as a way of life Building a community centred on discipline, well-being, and inner growth These are not ambitions for recognition alone—they are commitments that encourage me to raise my own standards of practice. What You Can Expect Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes focus on: Correct alignment and safe practice Breath awareness Strength, flexibility, and mobility Traditional yogic principles Sustainable progress without unnecessary pressure My goal is to help you build a practice that supports your life—not just your time on the yoga mat.
“Yoga has taught me that transformation does not happen in a single class or a single retreat. It happens through sincere practice, day after day. I remain a student first, and a teacher second. Whatever I share comes from my own journey of learning, discipline, and continuous practice.”
